Lyrics Video Generator - User Guide
đš Getting Started
This tool creates professional lyrics videos with synchronized text overlays and optional audio visualizations.
đŦ Input Modes
Video Mode: Upload a video file. The tool will overlay lyrics on your video.
Audio + Image Mode: Upload an audio file and a background image. The tool will create a video from these.
đ Adding Lyrics
- Enter your lyrics in the text area (one line per lyric)
- Play your media using the video player controls
- Click "Set Timestamp" (or press Space) when each lyric should appear
- Use the Undo button to remove the last timestamp if you make a mistake
- The timestamp list shows all your synced lyrics
Tip: You can also manually edit timestamps in the format HH:MM:SS.mmm
đ¨ Style Presets
Default: White text with black outline - classic karaoke style
Custom: Customize every aspect of your text styling:
- Font: Choose from available system fonts with live preview
- Size: Adjust text size (default: 48px)
- Colors: Set text color and outline color
- Outline: Adjust outline width (0-10px)
- Shadow: Enable/disable text shadow
- Bold/Italic: Apply text formatting
- Position: Place text at top, center, or bottom
đĩ Audio Visualization
Add dynamic audio visualizations to your video:
- None: No visualization
- Waveform: Classic audio waveform display
- Frequency Bars: Animated frequency spectrum bars
- CQT Spectrum: Constant-Q Transform visualization (musical frequency display)
Settings:
- Position: Top, center, or bottom of video
- Height: Percentage of video height (10-50%)
- Color: Customize visualization color
đ Replacement Audio (Video Mode Only)
Replace the audio in your video with a different audio file:
- Upload your video file
- In the "Replace video audio" section, upload an audio file
- The new audio will completely replace the video's original audio
- Leave empty to keep the original video audio
đž Configuration Management
Export Configuration: Save your style and visualization settings to a JSON file
Import Configuration: Load previously saved settings
Note: Configurations only save style/visualization settings, not lyrics or media files
⥠Generation Process
- Upload your media (video OR audio+image)
- Add and sync your lyrics
- Customize style and visualization (optional)
- Click "Generate Video"
- Wait for processing (progress bar shows status)
- Click "Download Video" when complete
Note: Only one video can be processed at a time. Check the queue status if busy.
đĄ Tips & Best Practices
- Video Quality: Higher resolution videos take longer to process
- Timing: Practice timing your lyrics a few times before generating
- Contrast: Ensure text is readable against your background (use outline/shadow)
- Visualization Height: Keep visualizations at 20-30% for best results
- Font Selection: Preview fonts before generating to ensure readability
- Audio Formats: Most common formats supported (MP3, WAV, AAC, etc.)
- Video Formats: MP4, MOV, AVI, and most common formats supported
đ Troubleshooting
Video won't play: Try a different browser or convert to MP4 format
Generation fails: Check file formats and ensure lyrics/timestamps are properly synced
Text not visible: Adjust text color, outline, or shadow settings
Visualization not showing: Ensure your media has audio and visualization is enabled
